Attorneys, with Fidelity Fund certificates checked at claim

Every attorney who runs a practice, alone, as a partner or as a director, must hold a Fidelity Fund certificate, renewed each year (Legal Practice Act, 2014, s84). The Legal Practice Council's search stops at a human check, and the Fidelity Fund's search works by person, not by firm, so Attest has not checked the firms listed here. We check when a director or partner claims the firm's listing and gives us their certificate number, and the listing then says what we found and the date.

Until then each listing says plainly that it has not been checked. That is not a finding about the firm. Ask the firm for a director's or partner's Fidelity Fund certificate number.

The same results as structured attestation objects: GET https://attest.africa/api/search?trade=attorney&area=<area>&limit=10. Filter by region, area, town or status. Anonymous callers get 10 results and 60 requests an hour; a key raises that — hello@attest.africa. One JSON attestation per listing beside each page, and llms.txt describes the whole surface.
