Builders and renovation contractors, with NHBRC registration checked at claim
Registration with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) is required to build new homes. Most renovation work, such as extensions, kitchens, bathrooms and roofing, does not require it today. The NHBRC's register shows no telephone, address or website to tie a registration to a business, so Attest has not checked the builders listed here: we check when the owner claims the listing and gives us the registration number, and the listing then says what we found and the date.
Until then each listing says that NHBRC registration is not established. That is not a finding about the builder. If you are building a new home, ask the builder for their NHBRC registration number.

Anonymous callers get 10 results and 60 requests an hour; a key raises that — hello@attest.africa. One JSON attestation per listing beside each page, and llms.txt describes the whole surface.
