Estate agents, with PPRA registration checked at claim
Every estate agency, and every agent in it, must hold a Fidelity Fund certificate from the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Letting agents and rental managers need one too. The PPRA's search is not open to automated checks, so Attest has not checked the agencies listed here: we check an agency's certificate when its owner claims the listing and gives us the certificate number, and the listing then says what we found and the date.
Until then each listing says plainly that it has not been checked. That is not a finding about the agency. Ask any agent for the agency's Fidelity Fund certificate number.
